Good day lovelies, today I’m sharing with you my very first MAC lipstick. Yes, I know, it’s taken me a very long time to get anything by MAC and if it wasn’t for my best friend, Ilonique I would still be without!
After I came back from the Netherlands I spent a week with Ilonique before I came home and as amazing as she is she took us to M.A.C and we each got a lipstick. Till now I’ve been very cautious about M.A.C stores and counters as I’ve heard so many stories of ladies getting snoody service. Luckily this wasn’t the case, the sales assistant was great and very chatty while we chose our lipsticks. I went out of my comfort zone and chose a shade that isn’t close to anything I own already, Ramblin Rose. This is a pinky-coral rose shade with a frost finish.
– MAC Lipstick Formula –
I really love the creaminess of the lipstick. It easily glides on and feels really comfortable. The formula is non drying and it lasts longer than I expected. My lips get dry extremely fast so I really need a nourishing lipstick and this one is a hit!
– MAC Lipstick Swatch –
The swatch down below is one sweep so the pigmentation is really good. I find this a great shade for when I do a darker eye or for subtle makeup days.
