Rain – Created For Living Product Haul + Reviews

Rain Birthday Haul 1

I don’t know about you guys but whenever I go into the Rain store I can’t leave there empty handed, there is just so many great smelling, amazing looking, delicious for your skin products to choose from and the staff is always so friendly and helpful and always up for a little chat, it feels like visiting friends. Those are however not the only reasons that I love Rain, on top of great products and service the company is cruelty free and gives back to the community in so many ways, so this is just such an amazing company in every possible way. Let’s have a rain Product Haul.

My husband always lets me choose my own birthday gifts so this year I just couldn’t help myself and I picked up a bunch of lovely goodies from rain and their lovely PR was kind enough to include something for my birthday in the giveaway parcel, so this year I can happily say I got rained on for my birthday and I love it!

So this is what I got in my Product Haul

Fizz Balls ♥
I have used Rain fizz balls before and I just love them, I picked up Milk, Honey and Oats, Honey and a Clam Shell. So far I’ve use the Honey one, which I might add invited a bee into the bathroom, just as some insurance that there is real honey in there. It smelled amazing and left my skin feeling super soft. The next one I used was Milk, Honey and Oats, I used this one when I can back from Johannesburg and it immediately nourished my skin (JHB really sucks the moisture out of your skin!) Last but not least is the Clam Shell, I’ve been saving this one as it has a bath pearl in the middle, just like a real clam and I’m waiting for a special day to pop it in the bath!

Earth Eggs ♥
These are similar to their fizz balls, except they are loaded with cocao butter on the inside and are super moisturizing, I picked up two, one in Marula Rooibos and one in Rose. I tried the Marula Rooibos one and had a super relaxing bath and my skin felt amazingly soft afterwards. These eggs fizz away in your bath water until it gets to the center where after it just melts away leaving you with a pretty tub with floating flowers and seeds.

Body Butter Bar ♥
These are body moisturizing bars that are totally good for your skin. I got one in Sweet Citrus and it contains cocoa seed butter, shae butter, bees wax, orange peel oil, lime essential oil and mandarin orange peel oil, it smells really refreshing without being overpowering. You just rub it all over straight after you got out of the bath and the shae butter will melt onto your hot skin. The body butter bar smells really good and shea butter works amazingly well for dry skin and has healing properties for skin conditions like eczema.

Rain Birthday

From Rain I received:

Bath Salts
I got this in lavender and the jar is filled with salts, essential oils and dried lavender flowers and it smells just like a blooming lavender bush. This bath salt will make for a perfect foot soak in my foot spa. When sprinkled into my bath water the lavender scent fills the entire bathroom without being overpowering, I loved relaxing in the bath with lavender flowers floating around me. I got out feeling relaxed and my skin felt soft.

Pinwheel Soap
This is another product I’ve tried before and I received one in white, it is wild cotton scented and has a really soft fragrance. The soap lathers up really well and cleanse my skin without leaving it feeling tight and dry.

If you haven’t tried any rain products before, what are you waiting for!? Rain has 8 South African based branches and 2 in the USA and if you don’t have a store near you, you can always shop online here: South Africa | USA
