Another day and we’re shopping on another great health store! Natural Options is a Cape Town based online store that offers an array of products for those of us looking for something healthier and earth friendly. They reached out recently and asked if I’d like to try the Flora Force Ginger Capsules and gifted me with a voucher from their store. I picked up a whole basket of goodies as their prices are SO affordable.
Flora Force Ginger
These capsules are traditionally used to relieve digestive disturbances and nausea. And as someone without a gallbladder I sometimes get random waves of nausea. I know ginger is great to relive it. Flora Force Ginger is also great for relieving stomach cramps and IBS symptoms. If you struggle with motion sickness this is a great companion to travel with. It’s also great if you travel regularly and love indulging in local foods.
The capsules contain ginger (Zingiber officinale) rhizome powder. Their herbal capsules provide the true herb, dried and powdered, not standardised extracts or concentrations of single biochemicals extracted from the herbs. They use only Vege caps because they believe everyone should have access to true natural products, regardless of their religious requirements or nutritional preferences. Because it’s a capsules it’s also really easy to swallow.
The capsules are also free from added sugar and lactose, colourants and flavours, chemical inactives and additives.
These are easy to use as well, you take one to two capsules daily with meals, it’s not reccomended for children under the age of 18.
Natural Options
Natural options stock an array of other products as well, some that I picked up include essential oils, natural soaps, a whole range of Kindness & Co that stocks mask sanitizers to pet shampoo. Organic sanitary products from Anna and wholefoods, I grabbed some desert salt while I was on there.
