King Online is a health and wellness store with over 3000 products. They sell vitamins and supplements, health
foods, home diagnostic tests, natural beauty products, vegan and organic products. They are primarily an online store and offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa. However, their office is based in Randburg, Gauteng.
They also have a small health shop in Randburg which they’ve recently opened in August 2021. This shop also serves as one of their collection points for online orders. Their other collection point is at Fruits & Roots health shop in Bryanston, Gauteng. For customers in the Johannesburg area, they offer FREE delivery for orders over R400, and free delivery to other areas for orders over R1000.
Their customers in the Johannesburg area also benefit from their fastest delivery times – often within 24 hours. Although they have a wide range of products and brands, this is not what makes them stand out from their competitors.
Their customers choose them because they provide the best customer service and fastest delivery times. Their call center actually answers calls, and you can request to speak to the same person by name. They don’t treat their customers like order numbers. They cherish their customers, and treat each order as if it were the most important.
They also offer exclusive discounts as an FNB wellness partner.
Ordering from King-Online
King-Online was kind enough to gift me with a voucher to experience their service and delivery times for myself. They have an extensive line of products and carry names like the Harvest Table, Aunt Jackie’s, Milk Lab & Nova, just to name a few. So you can imagine that hard time I had choosing goodies for myself!
After I made my selection the rest of the checkout process was very smooth and went off without a hitch. I was a bit skeptical about their fast delivery time because of where I live so imagine my surprise when I got my delivery the very next day!
The only thing I can fault them on is one of the items in my box was wrong and I haven’t yet received an email reply, but it was something very small that was incorrect.
