Introducing the Movement Empire

I’ve been looking for a way to get my fitness level up a bit as I can’t take all six of my dogs on regular walks at the same time, I will come back home looking like I took a dive out of a tree! Then the Movement Empire reached out to me for a free trial and I thought I’ll give it a bash. This is an at home online workout program that you can do without any equipment, you can sign up for a free 7 day trial on their website.

When you click to start your free trial your sign up process will start and you will be asked for your personal details and to enter the login credentials you’d like to use. On the following pages you will be asked for your fitness level and days you’d like to work out. I opted for the beginner level and could choose the 3 days I want to work out per week. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The Movement Empire Fitness Levels

They offer three different levels of fitness that you can choose from, Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.

Beginner program:

For individuals like me that would like to build up their fitness slowly and carefully

Intermediate program:

For individuals that train on a daily basis but are still trying new things.

Advanced Program:

For individuals that have been training for some time and that would like to push themselves.

Why The Movement Empire Works

  • This online fitness platform provides you with a unique bodyweight workout and it’s tailored to your fitness level and goals, so you can stand strong in being body positive while doing this program which is fantastic.
  • Every workout is completed by a training partner who completes each exercise with you, keeping you motivated and on track to hit your weekly goals, I used to enjoy those TV workouts that we watched during school holidays when I was much younger, so this is a little bit like that
  • There’s a workout and a plan for you, no matter what your level.
  • There is an extensive, simple and easy-to-follow library of workouts, updated weekly with new training videos.
  • Useful articles and expert advice tailored to support you with your nutritional, motivational and workout needs is included as well.

My Thoughts on The Movement Empire

I really love that you can see what to expect from each video by the breakdown on the page. they are also very encouraging and easy to follow. I have to admit that I haven’t been able to do all of my workouts, but that’s okay because the next time you log in you start off right where you ended the previous time.

The motivational techniques in the videos are great as well and keeps you moving without you feeling like you’re being pressured. The hardest part is to actually just make time! If you’re a newbie like me you should be able to move to the next level after six weeks.

My personal favourite part about the entire platform is that you can do it anywhere you’d like as long as you have an internet connection, so that means you can do it in your living room, bedroom, garden or even take your workout with you to the beach.

Let me know in the comments down below if you’re going to take them up on their 7 day trial.
