Easy Tuna Tart

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Day-old white bread better texture
  • 1 cup Warm milk helps absorb better
  • 1 tsp Baking powder finely chopped
  • 1 small Inion
  • 250 g mushrooms slices
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar or gouda cheese grated
  • 1 tin Tuna in brine drained
  • 30 ml Butter
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and peper to tasted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a tart dish.
  • Tear the bread into small pieces, soak in warm milk, and stir in butter until fully absorbed over low heat on the stove
  • In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, onion, mushrooms, tuna, and seasonings
